Ingredients:
200g unsalted butter
300g 70% dark chocolate
300g golden caster sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
160g plain flour
60g cocoa powder
1 tin carnation caramel
Sea salt flakes

Hi! These look fabulous! A few questions, what if we can’t find tinned caramel (I live in the USA) and did you use vanilla paste? It looked less liquidity and a bit more gooey than what I use...

Hi Hannah, I used tinned caramel for simplicity, but you can make your own caramel (its easy to make). I used vanilla extract in this recipe :)
