The savory rustic Sfogliatelle stuffed with Zucchini and Ricotta! These are rustic puff pastry, therefore fast, with the filling all cold for a delicacy immediately ready to be brought to the table! They are also excellent for enriching a Buffet!

2 puff pastry rolls
250 g Ricotta
2 Zucchini
1 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Oil, Extra Virgin, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley
1 Egg + 1 to brush the pastry
