Thanks for this great recipe! I will try this. There is not a single restaurant in the entire US that serves ghee roast like the ghee roast in Kerala; I tried from NY to CA, and from MI to FL, with no luck!

What should be the flame of the gas when using an iron tawa??
i just made dosas as pr ur recipe, but they arnt getting good brown colour and they bit soft to, wht am i doing wrong? when making dosa, flame shld be low or high?
