Having worked and lived in Juba for more than 10 yrs under the leadership of Salva, i have no DOUBT HE IS A PEACE LOVING guy, this is a fact i can swear on forever, the only problem is that external forces dont want to give him time to accomplish his legacy for the people of S.S

it might not necessarily be war incited by South Sudanese per se but there could be external factors fueling the war for oil access.

The way Salvar Kiir is talking,shows that he loves peace.being the president and having all the security apparatus at his hand,he could have roughed the situation at all costs.however he chose to apply peace and kept his army in the barracks not to worsen the situation.Riek Machar is the source of all the political unrest in S.Sudan.power hungry individuals are creating havoc in the youngest nation in Africa.only God can save the situation.

I think&believe that president Kiir is a peace loving person, so does former vice president Riek machar... What most people yearn to see peaceful & developed Sudan,..This is what Sudanese people & world want

Jeff you could have asked more about the General and Vice President. Ask to find out what was the fall out and have also tangible mistakes. How monies outside the country has been recovered or what is being done to recover. Let the interview be an educational interview and a challenge to the Presidency to do better.

SYou guys do not know the beast inside this man, for God's sake take him to Kenya if you want him.. The harm and trauma he caused to the masses of South Sudanese will take quiet a long time for the citizens to forget. South Sudanese are now like strangers in their own country.

Maybe the interviewee is making it worse. But Jeff is doing his best. Give the guy credit. Would you be better??? You see in Journalism the personality dictates the kind of questions to ask.
