We managed to fit 7 hammerheads worth of junk into the hold, use half size boxes to go down the chute to the lower bay, fill that up, fill the top mezzanine with 16's, stack to the moon, helps to have a 2nd person for redudency when 1. falling through ladder out of ship 2. disconnect on way to orison to sell 3. get stuck in box on elevator, we haven't dared to try boxes in elevator down to cargo hold after got stuck inside one. pretty much endless money to buy anything in the game you want. Ladders are still pretty buggy on occasion, danger zone.

I just have to give SC a round of applause - watching these massive box shenanigans and not once did the whole darn ship explode!

I found that the easiest way, is to just do the Hercules contracts. Its not worth the hassle to constantly change seats to get the rest of the Hammerhead fracture parts... The main part alone of the Hercules gives you more than 240 SCU when positioning yourself around 40-50m away of it. So now you just fly up, Fracture, Disintegrate the main body only and fly away again since your filler station is already filled to the brim. You can easily fit 4 Hercules in your Reclaimer which ammounts to 960 SCU when playing some Tetris in there. If you really want you can also try to fill the other two cargo spaces, but i found it to be too frustrating moving the boxes there. One of these runs take me about 60 minutes when doing it chill while watching some videos at the same time, so you can most likely do it faster. Every one of these runs gets me about 6.5 million aUEC. So in conclusion: yes the 250k per hammerhead contract are nice but its too much seat switching and running around. On the other hand paying 30k, so 120k per run, will feel like spare change after. Its just so much more convenient this way. But you do as you feel best! PS.: yeah Grim Hex is hard to manouver with all these asteroids, but you can sometimes get a hefty Crime Stat (3 or 4) when doing these missions, so sometimes you just cant go anywhere else... Edit: beeing only 40-50m away from your target is the sweetspot, as you are not hitting the other ship with your arm but also get a +10% to +15% multiplier when Disintegrating

to be safe in the back, i turn off coupling, max speed to a point in space, and head to the back. You can also dump out of hyperdrive (or whatever it's called) at a mid point. Do it again from that point if you're really paranoid

1 thing - when you are selling construction material - the best place to sell is New Babbage from what I understand. I sold 400 SCU of construction material at New Babbage and got around 3.5 million. I also don't know if it changes as time goes.

you can definetly stack boxes up on the balcony. i just tractor it up against the wall then set it down. they'll stay! some of the crane objects does prevent you from getting them all stacked together.

I unload at area 18. Been thinking about filling all the holds instead of just the salvage processing bay by using smaller boxes for cargo hold

Umm why did u not just ask to land in the big 890J capital ship Hanger there? that we have all been for over 3 yrs . anyone coud ram that. BTW ur FOV is low. this pach u can set the slider much hier and see alot more. wide FOV outside view help alot when finding the landing bays there as u see the whole thing at the same time

The 8 never came out. You had 9.x material and you told the system to make a 8 and a 2. The 2 came out first preventing the creation of the 8. In case you are losing sleep over that :)

Did the math in my head, not accurate but gives an idea Not to be rude. This is all incorrect. This is NOT how you load the reclaimer, you are not selling ANY of the crates that are not LOCKED into the grid, you can't just stack the boxes anywhere. -- you are completely wasting all of those 16 SCU boxes that are not -- as soon as you sell all of the boxes that were not locked to the blue grid are completely wasted. The salvage processing plant holds 3+3+2+2 =10 "16 SCU BOXES" ONLY 10. IT HOLDS((5x7x2)/2))+((5x9x2)/2))+((7x2x2)/2))+((8x2)/2))="amount of 2 SCU BOXES that will snap to the grid above and in the side of the 16 SCU big boxes" (approximate math, did in head). --- this will fill the grid in the salv hanger. The cargo deck(not the salvage hanger) holds 8 boxes "size 8 SCU boxes" approximate equation is ((5x2x8)/2)+(3x3x8)) ALL CARGO NOT ON THE GRID (CLICKED IN TO THE BLUE SHADOW) IS LOST AS SOON AS YOU SELL. 1 FULLY LOADED OF BUILDING MATERIL SHOULD HAVE ABOUT 3.5 MILLION DOLLARS FOR A 3 HAMMERHEAD RUN. ---sorry for the janky math. Your wasting all of your profit by not snapping it to the grid.
