Sam did this acting part so well and it was so believable..great actor !!! The most sad but beautiful love story ever !!!! My husband cried at movies and it just showed me that he did have those special feelings inside of him.

A man who admits to deep, deep sobbing from the compassion makes a wonderful expression. This was a wonderful movie because everyone has to realize the Christopher Reeve experience and there are many, many, many people who are unable to do so much and they are not famous. He did so much to give people an idea of the experience of helplessness.

right after I watched Me Before You, I googled him. His face is gorgeous and I like the way he talk and behave

He's such a awesome actor, he played Will brilliantly. He's so handsome, and I knew he was gonna say the beach scene was the hardest.

I love that he said he really began to understand the struggles that the handicapped community deal with. It's a very difficult,defeated frustrating, & humbling experience if you or loved one is handicapped. I gave up my career a home & car so I could stay with my son after his TBI/SBS incident he was 3 months old at the time & now is 16ys old. Everyday is a struggle & battle whether be a so called good day or not. So when I watch this movie it hit my heart like a brick because, I can now see why people say I'm a amazing mom or that I'm so strong. Because I never looked at our situation from someone else's view, then I began to understand why they say that. I just know that I love my son more than anything else & even if we fall in poverty bracket to be together, it's worth it for one more minute to capture a smile or giggle. Life is a daily sacrifice for me, but it's absolutely 100% worth it!!!

I just couldn't keep it together anymore when during the end he was like "oh your here to make me my last cup of tea". Or "the world will be a better place without me." I was bawling like Will if you leave I wanna leave too

I just watched this film and it moved me to my very soul. I am so glad he found love before he chose to die. I was saddened that he still wanted to but Will was being unselfish and that is real love. Lou doesn't understand it at first but she gets it in the end. She gets that he wants her to live and doesn't want to hold her back. He is with her, beside her but only in a different way. I was both sad and happy since he gave her something. He made her really want to live and not to simply settle. Great film and great actors that really made their characters come alive.

Beautiful! He admits his insecurities in public and exposes them. As an actor you must be able to do this in order to communicate to an audience. He talks about being your own hero and I feel like if you can express your own vulnerabilities openly that you've already achieved that. Love that Sam!

Sam would be the perfect next Superman. Tall , handsome, real manly, some Christopher Reeves features.

I am 61 yrs old and I absolutely love this man. This love story was amazing and the dance scene was the sexiest scenes I've seen in a long time. Whoever does not think this is the best story line ever just doesn't get it. Love you Sam and Will.

Once I saw the movie, I had this "urge" to immediately order the book. Once you see the movie, you can picture in your mind those two amazing actors -Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin- while you read the novel. I needed to read the book! What a nice, sweet novel. Emilia Clarke is simply AMAZING, and so is Sam Claflin.

He's so terrific and this is why I fell in love with this movie. What a terrific guy.

It was a great movie. I watched it with my beautiful husband.I cryed my eyes out, but my husband explained it to me and i saw it in a different light. My husband passed away 2yrs ago. I miss him desperately. The thing that stuck with me was when you said you would walk beside you.. and now i imagine my darling walking beside me and you have the most beautiful smile like my husband and you are handsome like my husband was. You are so right about creating yourself and you have done that, so you are smart like my husband. My husband was bed bound.He had lost 1 leg, because he had gangrene and i had to make the choice of taking the 2 leg off. And he did not he would die. There were other complication s. I nursed him for 9yrs. And it was a honour. We were married for 34yrs,he was the most beautiful man and i was the luckiest girl in the world to get him. God bless you Will. We were meant to see that movie ,as in time we had to face it. Give my love to Louisa. You are both serperb actors ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊

I have a nonphysical disability (complex PTSD) and I always love hearing respectable people talk about disability awareness. Even though they usually talk about things like motor or sensory disabilities, it still means so much to me. That someone out there besides me cares that in some ways I have a very difficult time with very normal things.

Great movie, everyone loved Sam performance. I think the fans would like to see part two, where Will does not go through with ending his life due to finding feeling coming back. Fully recovers. True to live his old life again for two years, but insists he has to go to Paris to find Lou, but watches her from afar because , Patrick won her heart back, only to find at there wedding, during wedding vows, will interrupts and Lou faints. She is rushed to the hospital. Recovers and is brought home. Only to find Will standing over her and they stare and passions take over as he explains why he didn't go through with it. So anyway, Lou gets pregnant and Patrick is furious and out for revenge to destroy Will. Oh Will and Lou have a baby girl. I so wish the writer writes this in the next movie. (Smile)

Hard not to fall in love with this man after this movie. A very impacting movie - only one part that I wasn't a fan of is when he was giving a reason for wanting to die - and that was that he said I really really loved my life before. (which to me demeaned the love he had for her) it's the way that line was delivered - i think that the impacting line possibly should of been more of how hard it was living like he did because of his situation even though it was mentioned. His life before was one of great privilege because he was wealthy. Anyway one small negative - but all in all a beautiful movie.

An amazing movie, with very deep emotions. Superb acting by Sam and also Lou. I have watched it several times and each time dissolved into tears. A very good story line and makes one think deeply about life, choices etc. And how much more we need to appreciate life, even though life throws curve balls to us.

Thank God that Sam did not become a footballer otherwise he would not be in the acting business. An extremely talented actor Sam is. I only watched him in The Riot Club, Snow White, Huntsman and he did very well. I have to give him two thumbs up for his excellent portrayal of Will which is not an easy role. He made me cry twice towards the latter part of the film. Congrats to him for such a great job and he is now on my list of favourite actors. As for the role of Lou, Felicity Jones would have been my choice... If anyone likes this movie, please also check out a much older movie called DYING YOUNG with Campbell Scott and Julia Roberts. It's one of my all time favourites.

In footage between the scenes, there was only one time shown when Sam was out of the chair between the scenes - it is like he wouldn't even break out of the character of being a quadraplegic even during the breaks, for fear of losing part of the experience of being Will. That had to hurt to be motionless that long, your body would start to cramp, and even though a real quadraplegic would not feel any cramping.
