This seems to be taking a very long time compared to similar administration situations in the UK, this does not bode well. I think it's most likely at this point, that it'll be swallowed up by a bigger retail group (Frasers?) which will lay off all the staff, absorb the stock into their existing infrastructure, and trade off the brand value until they drive it into the floor. Unfortunately this is a well established formula.
