I like that Sam saw Jack and didn't even hesitate to hug him. Like he didn't care if he'd been a shifter or not. He was happy to see his son again. Dean hesitated, looked to Cas for confirmation, but Sam just went straight for the hug.

It sums up Jack and Sam's relationship perfectly,to be honest sam was the first person whom Jack saw when he opend his eyes like babies who sees the first person when they open thier eyes and they think its their mother .....so Sam is Jack mother and father ....he so connected to him emotionally so does jack.When he lost jack its like loosing his son.....Dean can't understand that.Even cass is not so close but Sam is....... Let's just take a moment to realize that Sam had way more reasons to hate Jack than Dean. He was tortured numerous times by freaking Lucifer. But Sam embraced Jack since day 1.

Also this is a beautiful edit. It's...soft and alittle sad. I love Sam and Jack's relationship, Jack was right to call Sam 'father?' after he was born. Jack may not be Sam's blood but Sam is definitely Jack's dad. I think Sam has always wanted a kid, he didn't want to be a hunter forever. He wanted to settle down at some point. It may not be the 'apple pie' life. But he has his family with Dean, Cas, and Jack in the bunker. He can pass down his hunter knowledge to Jack and....hopefully...one day die at an old age with Dean by his side like always. Whichever way the writers have gone with this show I'm going to cry. 3/4th of my life has been spent watching this show. Growing up not wanting to go to school watching the early season reruns on TNT is what started all this for me. I now have the tattoo on my arm because what they've built means so much to me. Like a tribal tattoo, maybe? I can go anywhere in the world and I'll meet someone else who watches the show. I've known people in different cities, states, counties, continents that have watched this show and love it as much as I do. Some of ya'll are FAMOUS because of it. I'M SOBBING AHHH!!! This was so beautiful!! It was such a beautiful representation of the loving relationship that Sam and Jack have and just how much they mean to each other and it was amazing!! Sam saw himself in Jack. Since always he has felt like a freak and evil. The demon blood, the vessel of Lucifer. Jack being Lucifer's son maybe made Sam attached to Jack more. That how Dean protected Sam , Sam wanted to reciprocate it to Jack. But I think all of them are his dad's. The reason writers chose more Dean and Jack's scenes bc both of them were fighting for identity. Dean had just been possessed by Michael and Jack lost all his powers. They both thought that they had done wrong and should have killed Michael. They were both broken and kind of bonded over that. It's not like Sam & Cas couldn't imagine what they both were going through. Both of them have been possessed by Lucifer and Cas too lost his powers struggled for it for two whole seasons. Even before Cas came back, even though Dean was hesitant, he started accepting Jack. But maybe how Michael said, Jack didn't get the same level of trust & love from Dean as Dean gives to Sam & Cas. And sometimes I think it's acceptable on his part. Lucifer possessed his brother once & killed his bestfriend. How could he accept a baby who is the child of Lucifer. Even though he accepted Jack his son, I am not sure how much he loved him. He bonded with him and what he was going through. But I don't know about the love. That can be seen how differently Dean reacted from Sam & Cas when Jack died twice in a season. At the same time, Jack always looked upto Dean as a dad. A dad who is not very accepting. He wanted to gain his love & trust from the beginning. He wanted to pick up his traits. Jack even when he always soulless thought that what Dean & Sam do is correct & is right. So while I agree that Sam & Cas are more loving & trusting of Jack, Dean is also a kind of a complicated father figure to him too. You can say that Sam & Cas are motherly figures while Dean is an angry but caring Dad.

So happy we got a hug with them. I need more father son scenes before it ends. & my baby jack deserves the world I hope we see the vision and world Jack showed Cas & Kelly. Making this wonderful world a reality because he can replace the light of God maybe after killing him to keep the balance or make it lighter that gives Sam and Dean option to be free.

Dont like Jack character and since the story now the Jack and Cass and not our Winchester brothers I have to dislike the characters even more so . And I dont care how ppl label or call it or wrap it up as presents. Jack is a murdered. Killed Mary then killed some more afterwards. Hell the Last victim was left with worms coming out of his pores and mouth till he dies .And the writers forcing our Winchester Brothers characters to just oh well your mom was murdered go hug the one who murdered a d go pray to the one who straight up confess and admitted he knew about Jack.
