This is so, so sad. My heartfelt condolences to his loved ones. I don't keep up with the entertainment news like I used to, but I always enjoyed watching Sam. He had such an ease about him and that made him a joy to watch.

It seems like although im sure its not true that alot of famous people who made the effort and have lost weight died. He was a celeb reporter for us on the other side of the world too. Very sad to hear 😢

Sam rubin it was horrific to see, last week as I was watching the news I seeing you gasping for air seeing your death..and it was a heart attack, the last time I seeing you over a week ago 💔 I was in disbelief,

Karen Carpenter was a healthy weight when she died after battling bulimia and anorexia for years. Like Sam, she may have gotten better, but the damage had already been done

Massive and fatal heart attacks can be caused by lack of oxygen and coronary blockage. Nutritionists are not MD. Probably something else Sam could have checked out. So sad. I loved interacting with him on formerly Twitter until it got sold. Just so sad. Much love to his family and the KTLA family. I stream all the time from San Diego. RIP.
