Hi, Meghan! I always LOVE your videos! I met an appliance designer, engineer might be a better word, at Church this week. Since my husband and I are looking at houses that might need new appliances immediately, I asked his opinion on ovens. In particular I asked if there was a difference between the term "air fryer" vs "convection" ovens. His exact answer was, "Ma'am, if you have a convection oven. You already have an air fryer. Convection uses hot air to cook your food. Convection cooks food more quickly and with no oil, or fats, needed. There is no need for you to purchase an air fryer if you have a convection oven." Your kitchen looks very updated and gorgeous! I'm guessing you already have a convection oven. I had a convection oven in the past. I LOVED it!!! Easy to keep clean, cooked quickly etc. To make pizza, I would put my rectangular pizza dough on a cooling rack over a sheet pan. 8 - 10 minutes to perfectly cooked pizza crust!!! If you have room in your kitchen for an extra appliance, by all means get an air fryer! 🙂 (Me? I have exactly 3 ft of counter space right now. I just don't have enough space as it is. Eldest is going into her second year of college. The Watts are lower because there's a maximum allowance in the dorm. At her college, it's 700 Watts. Our public schools start July 22 so this video is coming at a good time! As far as the boiled eggs go, they are perfect for her because she's not allowed to use a stove/burner in her dorm and she loves boiled eggs. Those would be perfect for her to keep in her dorm fridge for snacks

That Caprese Salad looks so good. And the Apple Pie Rolls - Yummy! Need to make a Sam’s Run today. My daughters and I watch that Movie with the Bouquets of Sharpened Pencils every Thanksgiving. It’s our Tradition for years!
