I heard this song for the first time about 5-6 months ago. I love Sam Smith’s music but I had never heard this song before. I was instantly struck with how beautiful, passionate, romantic and soft this song is. The lyrics are like poetry….the music is a beautiful dancing and hypnotic melody….it’s a simple yet complex song….with the two sides dancing and twirling around each other….Pulling apart then coming back together in this never ending, beautiful, passionate, intimate dance…I love how the music in the beginning and the music in the ending are quiet and soft while the music in the middle is more intense and passionate. The opening is soft and beautiful, the middle is lovely and powerful then the ending is calming and tender but still so beautiful and romantic…
