@@rufusallpress2244 I don’t think people realise how hurtful it is for us. Some people’s comments are just observations and their spoken word is not meant in any malice. People whose brains are not structured like someone who has ADHD & Autism have no understanding of who we are. , like we have no understanding of a Neurotypical. I know how hard it is and believe me the stigma does affect me. I suffer with Rejection sensitivity Dysphoria which is a result of being abused & gaslight throughout my life by the Neurotypical society. The cruelty I have experienced & still do. But that said it hasn’t made me bitter or hateful, I love people and find people interesting & intriguing. I love learning about people & their histories & culture. People are excepting, non judgmental & patient . Not everyone is negative about us.

You forget this is a reality TV competition & he is a celebrity. I'm not downplaying what he has but I am saying he is acting up and pushing a false narrative of constant positivity which is just not realistic. He wants the public on his side and it's working. Sadly it's starting to overwhelm me right now. He's getting worse lately and espesh since Tony Bellew entered camp. Sam IS a lovely bloke but I just wish he'd chill a bit.

@@hopebgood I have the same conditions he has, it is not something you can turn off. It's a coping mechanism. I can bet he is probably screaming on the inside but is trying to make the best of it because he doesn't like seeing people upset.

@@Whoami691 exactly, I too have the same form of ADHD like Sam. I also have Autism. Some people think he is acting. He really isn’t, unmedicated I, myself am exactly like Sam is. Also the show edit out a lot. People forget that for entertainment they will air him being really hyperactive. I could see last night he was quite burnt out. As, you know yourself lack of food & sleep really has an effect. That chocolate would have helped calm him a little but not much. He needs caffeine to reduce his brain stimulation. My medication stops me from being able to have any caffeine. I myself worry about him having a complete meltdown. I really admire him, I wouldn’t be able to do anything he is doing at all. I certainly wouldn’t be able to cope with the hateful comments.

@@tracyjacob7091 you should know this yourself ,ADHD presents definitely in each individual. Sam also has Autism. Us neurodiverse mask & camouflage other people to fit in & be accepted. No Neurotypical individual acts the same so why , just because we have the same said condition are we expected to act the same? So we can’t possibly be ADHD because we don’t have the same traits as a loved one.
