I loved your review of Sam and Twitch. They're my favorite comic book detectives.

I've only read one Spawn comic (king spawn #1) and I really enjoyed it, but when I look at the universe from an uniformed reader, at face value Sam and Twitch seam to be one of the most interesting aspects of the Spawn universe, as it allows you to see normal humans in the middle of a religious struggle. I think if they could get a small number of characters that are similar (living normal life) and caught up in this struggle it could make the universe stronger. All the new Spawns added over the last 5 years are also pretty cool.

I dont like to speak poorly of creators, but Kudranski is terrible. Reusing panels multiple times on a page? Static traced mannequins for corpses? It's so so bad.

What do you mean? When your soul leaves your body you look like a lifeless husk. It's not the same as sleeping. So a static mannequin is what a corpse looks like so when you know your time is coming put your body in the pose you want to be found in for when the rigamortis kicks in becyou will be stuck that way they usually have to break your limbs to fit you in the coughing.
