@@Username-ic7vm I’m excited to Loki in a way. However it does feel like because he is so popular they want to bring him back which is a shame because I loved what they did with the character after the first Avengers film. Still though. 2012 Loki is my favourite Loki so I can’t wait. As for Hawkeye. I’m more so interested because of the comics run. I won’t lie I’ve started reading Marvel because of the films so I haven’t read the comic run yet. Same with Moon Knight but from what I’ve seen of him he looks amazing with the spilt identities and the brutality. I’ll probably read The Bottom first and then go from there.

@@liamhemstock2286 Moon Knight comics are a trip, due in large part to how obscure he is. May I recommend the Warren Ellis run with Mister Knight. It’s a really good detective story with lots of batshit insane elements. Like the talking bird skull.

@@liamhemstock2286 whatever you do. Make sure to read Matt Fractions run on Hawkeye first! Other runs will likely put you off the character. What Fraction does is superb, bringing a humanity that you usually don’t see in many marvel or dc’s non-vertigo titles. It’s all on marvel unlimited. I’d recommend reading it as soon as possible. Also Barton will return as ronin for a brief appearance which is Epic! Because while Barton is white, seeing Japanese influence is always a treat.

Everyone made the assumption that Cap giving Falcon the shield in Endgame would just herald in a new Cap with no complications, as a fan of this arc I knew it could never be that simple. Plus I just want to see Falcon in action as his own hero before he becomes Captain America. I love that Red Skull of all people got rid of all the terrible stuff that made Sam Wilson a bad 70s stereo type! Lol

I preffer to believe Sam was always a good man and The Red Skull was the one who created the Snap persona to try to manipulate him and use him against Rogers. Remember it was a retcon. Before of it Sam Wilson was Indeed a social worker not a hoodlum. Years later was That the writers came up with the backstory of him being a Former criminal

30:17 The Process Ben is talking about is known as Blood Doping. Essentially you add more blood cells into the body to increase Oxygen transfer into the muscles. Problem is it also makes you speed up nutrient consumption and it cause all sorts of health issues. I mainly know the nutrient thing since Blood Doping is what Luffy's Gear Second ability is based on in One Piece

With regards to the blood thing, it's called blood doping. When you lose blood volume you're body produces erythropoetin which causes you to make more blood to replace the lost volume. Later on you take the removed red blood cells and reinject them to significantly increase your O2 delivery to muscle. This allows for greater ATP production during long exercise (things like marathons and triathlons which is why it's so big with cyclists).
