Here in the UK during pregnancy they have breastfeeding classes and other classes too. Even after the baby is born the midwife comes home for 2 weeks. I've had 3 c sections and i breastfed all 3 for 3 year's without a bottle. It definitely wasn't easy, it took alot of effort as I've just had a c section and a new born to feed so no1 could help me. But my sister inlaw back in Pakistan had normal delivery stayed on bed rest for 3 weeks got massages everyday, food served in bed and bottle fed. But she still moaned about everything.

Alhumdulillah Mere bhi char bache hai do normal delivery huye aur do cecerion huye hai aur buhut ache se sambhala hai bachon ko . Yane hadh ho gai ine bache paida karne ke liye classes chahiye .ke kaise feed karna chahiye kaise bath dena chahiye itna bhi na samaj hona acha nahi hai.

PPD aka baby blues is a real thing. as someone who's gone thru this in first pregnancy I can tell. it eats you out. Unfortunately in Pakistan nobody would take you seriously if you tell them you have depression . Lactation consultants are of great help. they tell you the techniques of how to make your milk supply better and how to make baby latch properly.
