If there was a poll, I'd wager 80% of Respondents would choose York. He was a better actor and a lot funnier than Sargeant.

I remember watching and wishing in real life that problems against selfish or bully types could have been resolved with magic. It was a tougher concept for young people my age to realize that bureaucracy was strong, and the need to influence change was complicated.
