Well that didn't seem like the most intelligent way to go about that... She could make almost anything happen... make her dress fall off, give her a bad hair day.... Why would she use her powers to do something that would make it look like she just threw food at her? Why not do something that would make her seem innocent?

nah - it was funny! It was a spur of the moment reaction. We all do things when we are irritated and don't think of the consequences! Love it!! Especially for Sam to do that - she is always very composed and for her to get blamed for throwing food at her was awesome! lol!

I remember the earlier episode where she met Darren's ex-girlfriend and made her have a wardrobe malfunction, and made a large gust of wind blow through the window to ruin her hair, which seems like a more fun and creative way for magical being to slyly get her revenge in my opinion

The actress who played the snobby Ms. Kabaker is the same one who portrayed Terry Warbell in Season 3 in “The Crone of Cawdor” - Julie Gregg. The two characters look nothing alike, though. She was also in “The Godfather.”

I don’t condone Samantha’s action, but I do find it understandable. That aside, check Samantha’s hands, napkins, clothes, etc. There is little if any indication of food on them. Moreover, ttoo little time had passed for her to clean them thoroughly enough to leave any trace(s). Samantha would have had to lob a decent throw in order for the snack to hit the target with that much force; and Sam may have standing far enough from or at the wrong angle from the target to throw such a snack without some heft. To the nonwitchly world, that would be enough to clear her of the accusation even though Sam indeed threw the snack (through her magical powers).

Yep the same lines were used in the Sheila episode earlier on. The writers often used the same lines I find, or the same actors to play different parts or even similar storylines which seems like an incredible lack of imagination.
