I’m so proud of you for putting yourself out there and basically getting yourself to become more social. Anxiety is definitely hard to go through especially social anxiety….but the fact that you’re not allowing it to get the best of you, and you’re pushing yourself to geo out to these events and actually be involved with meeting new people….that takes so much bravery and courage. I’m beyond proud you girl 💕💕💕💕

Sometimes when I go into the city I bring a few mindfulness meditation books with me like 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels or the Tao Te Ching. I'll just stop somewhere quick, like a coffee house or cafe, and do some exercises. City triggers my anxiety sometimes.
