I really enjoy your videos. One thing that I would find helpful would be if you could show the exercises at normal speed to music after you have given the instructions and slow-motion demonstrations.

You can slow the video settings down on KZfaq. It makes the music slow too, but it helps me figure out foot-work and stuff. :D
