Of course you can try this one. If you have problems to play this one, use at first some easier independence patterns. You can use any groove-patterns. Keep watching my channel and try some of the ohter videos.

is the fast version in the end, how you should play it it? Cause the first version, before the slow one, sounds best to me.

I tried doing this, and I'm having a difficult time! I'm having trouble diving my brain to play two different rhythms at the same time. Please, any tips/advice?? (I'm a beginner with bongos...) Danke!

suggestion: lower the volume of the jingle of your video, and possibly change it to something more appropriate

Hello, this is not a beginner groove for bongos. You better try at first some basic grooves and then you can start with simple independence rhythm patterns. For example: Right hand quarter notes, count 1 2 3 4 ; Left hand eighth notes, count 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & you can use any sounds on your bongos. I hope it is helpful for you

the way I get it is this: my brain can't process the two things at once so what I'm actually doing is processing a third, single thing: the two things combined as one. That's how I do it.

VG, Bruno

+HAPPYDRUMSde Hahaha...Feeling warscheinlich gleich null.

Right, this is not traditional samba. I use only a part / rhythm impulse from a samba and combine this with a rumba (part).

Seriously....... your right hand uses your left side of the brain, and your left hand uses the right side of your brain. I figure with the same issue you have........what I will do is exercise my weak left hand to strengthen the right side of my brain and eventually my brain will even out so they can be in sync. Or at least be friendly together ugh!
