Another blockbuster in making after RAAZI. Meghna Gulzar creates magic every time she presents something on the celluloid. I sum her up this way: flawless story + best-in-class actors (mind you not stars, but actors) + impeccable execution + earthy music = magic on screen. What's the point of having the Neutral Look-up Table on the clapperboard as D.I.T. related details made it to the clapperboard only when it's absolutely vital for the editor to know the same in the first place for desired effect. Further it's not the smart clapperboard & other related details like nd, mm, format, fps, shutter angle, IRIS, EI, etc. are also missing, that can be on the clapperboard to serve the specific shot in post along with suggestive LUT say a step printing shot with 14 mm lens for intentional barrel distortion on Snorricam with distinctive look/dis. colour scheme when compared to general look of the film for which both technical & creative LUTs was created with the construction of specific set/ set piece/ strategically dressed location for certain emotional effect along with high ISO for noise, precise choreography & related blocking of coveted long take, staging, close down aperture for deep DOF with high intensity of💡& use of hard lighting, 292.5 degree shutter angle, if relevant duly considering PAL/NTSC for flickers & so on. A bit of technical conundrum. Though my guess after seeing the video is that the neutral LUT is something to do with a kind of overall slightly muted & de-saturated colour palette coupled with kind of "soft imagery for nostalgia through cinematic lens with having lens choices considering the same & to that effect". By the way it's really nice, how you try to match the most probable look of the film with the look of this BTS & white dresses may be the integral part of the same, isn't it?... ❤ Editing of this video. 🎬
