Sambar powder recipe for preparing a a tasty traditional sambar. Preparation method is shown in traditional style, by pounding the fried spices. Sambar can be made by grinding the powder with grated coconut. This powder can be used in different curries and poha etc. Spices required are given in ingredients-
Ingredients:-
Red chillies 1/2kg
dhania seeds 250grms
urad dal 100grms
gram dal 50grms
methi seeds 25grms
hing 5 to 10grms
jeera/cumin seeds 150grms
coconut oil 100ml
curry leaves 4 pieces
