I initially found the Extra Dim feature to still be too bright for when I'm using my phone at night. If you long press the feature button it takes you to the settings where you can set the brightness even LOWER than the default setting Google sets it at -- it greatly improved my eye sensitivity in dark environments!

Pixel UI might not be the UI with the most features like One UI, but this UI is damn responsive and featured with some cool stuff. Switched from using iPhones for years to a Pixel 6a and i freaking love it.

This is why i always choose the Google Pixel as my main phone these little details and underrated features just makes the phone soo much more useful and smarter than an average smartphone that is even way more more expensive .Google just knows exactly how to pack everyday thoughtful feature into their devices while keeping the OS clean and fast

Hi Sam. A while ago I stumbled across a video of how to hide apps on the stock Pixel Launcher without a thirdy party launcher, root, or fully disabling them. I vaguely recall it was something to do with an app cloner, or the privacy settings. Any ideas? Might make a cool video.

Also if you long press your send button when sending messages etc it will give you the options to pick a date/time etc to send your message

Thanks for the video, but I think a way to make your videos more impactful would be to list advantages and disadvantages of each feature. Like I wanted to know more about how good the type responses to your call is it accurate does it get it right all the time etc. but I do not find any info on these and now have to hope other creators would answer these. or search for other reviews. Hope this is helpful

the recoder app at 7:00 - this feature only works for Pixel 7x, dosen't it? At least my 6 does not have this feature, that feature was something I was hoping for when the recorder app got on the Pixel 6. More languages would be a big pro, too. (just changed my language to English (US) which I already have used but not as standard. A transcript of a meeting with voice1: voice2: etc. would really something usefull.

Why does no one talks about the flaw in one handed mode, it literally cuts the bottom part of the screen, whereas in Samsung it simply brings the whole screen to a corner. Google needs to fix this, since one handed mode is very useful on these big display phones.
