This is the second part of the interpretation(summary) of 'Same as Ever (by Morgan Housel )'
this video primarily has two key points:
1.There are some good things and some bad things in the world, and there are also a large number of ordinary things. The physical distribution of these things fundamentally affects your life, and the perceived distribution of these things determines your probability sense.
2.The distortion of probability sense comes from the asymmetry between the impression of events and the actual distribution of events; and the asymmetry of impression is due to the asymmetry between "what you want to hear" and "what you don't want to hear."
In the video, three books were mentioned, namely:
1.Morgan Housel, 《The Psychology of Money:Timeless lessons on wealth, greed, and happiness》.
2.Nassim Nicholas Taleb 《The Black Swan:The Impact of the Highly Improbable》
3.《Rework》
