The movie is sad, it shows you how some mothers will never see anything wrong in their children's actions. Venita crying terribly at the end while her son was just being taken to jail was something to be explained. Imagine if it was Jake who was drugged to death! Won't she have collapsed to death as well. It was jail, where she could've visited him every now and then. Some mothers will just do anything to please their sons. Jake had never shared anything in his life with anyone, so it was so greedy of him not to read the room and be accomodative to his cousin. Heeee

Wow this was so emotional at the end, I love how the dad kept an open mind of his son's behavior towards the cousin. The boy lacked love and we Can't entirely blame it on hi being the only child and not had to take care of show love to a sibling, his just naturally selfish his a taker not a giver even to his parents his disrespectful. Karina is such a good mom as much as she loves her only son still she doesn't condone his bad actions, I loved this family drama. Shows if you don't teach them while they still young later on as adults they are a problem to you and other people and worse they can't take responsibility of their wrongs always have to blame it on something or someone. Good thing the father called the police and let the law deal with him so he can learn .

You reap what you sow. His mother did not train him in the same path that his dad tried to do. Sneaking expensive gifts behind her husband’s back. Did she not know that Denise was suffering at the hands of her son but could not disclose when he came home kare covered in sweat and visibly exhausted!? May God grant the world children with the qualities displayed by Denise, peace seekers and astute at their studies. Jake is a typical example to mothers/ parents who spoil their children thinking its loving them. Even the Bible says “train a child in the way he must go……..” It doesn’t make males less of a man to cook or clean the house. Jake would rather eat cereal than cook! Vaneta was shocked to wake up to a spotlessly clean house. I guess a first in her home😂😂😂! Well done to mothers who have sons and raise them up to be good husbands to their wives. Well done Jake’s dad for standing your ground and send your spoilt killer of a son to jail despite the pain you must have also felt.

Parents must be sometimes rude in the education of their children . Thinking that they didn't have accommodations in the past that's why they pumper their own children regardless what it cost is a mistake. Raising children with good values with simple things is better than giving them mansion with no conscience. In Ivory Coast , one of pastor ( Rev Guy KODJA Vincent ) said that in one of his sunday speech : < If you want raise properly your children , show them 3 places : Hospital , prison and mortgage or cemetery in order to know how life is when some people are cryingand others are laughing and eating life 100 %>

Jake is a spoilt brat & very disrespectful to his parents. Unfortunately, his mother contributed to that a lot. Imagine buying him a PS5 even though he has failed his exams twice before. Y would he bother when he knows he can get around his mother? It was so sad that Dennis had to die all because of jealousy. I didn't like the way it ended. I wanted to see how the spoilt brat coped in jail. It was an educative movie, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well, done to all the cast and crew members. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This is a wonderful movie and everyone nailed their roles. In my opinion, the father did last, what he should've done first, had they put their foot down early, nothing like that would happen. What did they expect when he faced no real punishement for his behaviour? Disrespect grows gradually, I'm sure he (Jake) didnt wake up one day and got like that, should've been addressed in the early stages. Also, the dad was a little too harsh regarding the scores, he did better in the second SAT, why not congratulate him for the effort? I'm not excusing Jake's behavior, but the parents definitely had a big role to play, specifically the mother, but since the father is in the household, he's also responsible. The only thing that bothered me is that doctor that kept saying "detolerate", couldn't someone correct her?
