How would they matter when at the workplace the discrimination still exists. I worked with Accenture where they boast of LGBT friendly environment but when I came out at the workplace things took a different turn... Things became harder for me as compared to my counterpart.. there was passive aggression everywhere..

I am a transgender person (feminine soul in a male body) humne kaafi suffer Kiya hai life mein aur abhi bhi kar rahe hai aur Govt ko humare protection,support ke liye aur social justice ke liye legal provisions and policy making karni chahiye,hum logo ko reservation milna chahiye aur SC/ST act ki tarah ek Act bana kar hum transgenders ko bhi social/individual/family harassment, discrimination se protect kiya jaana chahiye aur hum log bilkul normal hai na ki abnormal 🙄 esliye govt ko public mein awareness laane par kaam karna chahiye LGBTQ+ community ko lekar 🤔🙏🏻
