Well, I don't know what you heard or listened to. But it is so obvious that Morissette does all this with ease, and it sounds so much better and more pleasant, because not only is she the far better singer (remearkably wider range, unreached tone, technically perfect execution...). What Demi does is pure screaming. It's shrill, it's unpleasant to listen to, it's not at all with ease. She is struggling and straining all the way. So in any aspect Morissette is worlds better, maybe except for songwriting, because Demi has written some amazing pieces.

That's somehow live performance with reverb and a band (DEMI'S) versus live performance during her live on her social media platforms (MORISSETTE) during pandemic.

Btw, The stone cold one was from 2015 where Demi was using most of her chest voice that time. I was gonna use the Honda civic one but I thought that one was more emotional so.. And also the skyscraper one I was gonna use the A very demi holiday performance but I LITERALLY FORGOT LOL. And also, Demi was singing on the original key on skyscraper BUT in the arrangement of the rock version of Skyscraper.

In this video Demi definitely is a winner since this is a VS video. But to be fair: 1. Every song was Demi's song of course that's an advantage since it's created to match her range. 2. Those videos of Morrissette weren't even serious and just pure jamming. But judging them as Vocalist (if you know both of them). Morissette definitely is the better one. Both of them are bad in upper registers lol. There's nothing woth praising F#5 and above. However, due to Morissette's technique she can maintain her tonality till E5/F5 thus she doesn't sound that screechy. Both are good though. I ain't saying Demi is bad. Just basing it to their live performances.
