Hi Nipun! I'am a Bharani moon nakshatra. I don't like using beauty products because i don't need it but instead i prefer using natural products as vitamines or oil but only if needed. I don't like spending time in front of the mirror, just necesary. I am always the first on waking up, since i remeber, i don't mind sleeping few hours but defenitely it has to be revitalizing and always at night time. Only if needed because of peculiar moments i take some siesta, but no longer than 30'. Moon in the 10th house in Ashlesha pada 4 as well as Libra ascendant with Venus, and Sun in the 12th house like my beloved Gandhi, so I don't have any of the qualities described but my most of plants are in energy exchanges and in their own signs. Just adding this here in India all these astrologers have very negative perspective on Ashlesha Nakshtra. We're called thiefs, murders, criminals, useless, talentless, lazy etc all kinds of nasty stuff. Do they realise how these kind of readings effect the people they are giving out the readings to? My entire life my mother has been cursing me for being born as an Ashlesha Moon and saying how she wishes she never gave birth to someone like me only based on what these astrologers are telling her. I don't blame her honestly when I heard some of those reading I pretty much felt like it would be better if I was dead. It wasn't until I got into astrology, started reading scriptures, watching others interpret these scriptures, I realised the amount of misinformation being spread. Ironically I found out that my parents' financial condition got better after I was born due to the yogas I have in my chart. Who am I supposed to blame for the hate I get from my own mother? Who am I supposed to blame for the torment I had to endure because of some else's incompetence? Not everything is black or white in this world, most people are grey, different levels of grey but grey nonetheless. Judging someone only based on their moon sign is simply stupid. When you're incompetent at your job and have the potential to ruin someone's life then you should at least acknowledge that you lack the skills and improve it (not YOU but astologers in general). But I guess at the end of the day someone has to be a scapegoat for all the mishaps that happen.

Dude, if you are merely parroting the so called traditional negative decriptions of Ashlesha, why should you preface your section with "I don't really see the effects of negative ashlesha descriptions in practice"? Say what you actually observe about a placement in the real world, any one can easily find traditional descriptions in some "scriptures" online. Usually according to those descriptions, a nakshatra is either downright bad or angelic, there is no middle ground whatsoever. Most humans are grey my friend, not downright nasty or epitome of purity. It is not just a matter of ashlesha moon or some other moon nakshatra placement. Traditional astrology descriptors are too extreme. For example, if you have Gajkesari Yoga you are a noble and very rich guy or girl. However this is a very common yoga and most people with this yoga live middle class lives and some are even poor. Then there are some yogas which are supposed to make a person penniliess and not everyone with such yogas are living in the streets as homeless folks. I trust real world assessments based on real folks and not just some traditional descriptions saying either a guy " owns elephants, horses and mansions" or "he is is an evil fellow living in penury". Glad to say that as an Ashlesha moon, I have not really experienced many of the so called negative traits mentioned in those "scriptures". In particular, I am a man of very good discipline. I do squint my eyes sometimes, that is the only part that really resonates with me. I am pada 1 by the way No offence intended, just being frank here.
