Any treatment at saloon that involves heating/straightening is actually going to worsen your hair issues in long run. Work on your roots, on scalp. Also, use baby shampoo it ll reduce the chemical damage.

I've lost quite a lot of hair due to Pcos, but now a days I'm using halal collagen n I can see the difference, my hair fall is minimum n my baby hair are growing back n to touch my hair doesn't feel like some dead animal 😂😂😂, Alhamdulilah at least it's working on my hair, hoping it will improve my nails as well as they are very fragile n got lots of lines on my nails 😕

@@lifestylewithbiya Just checked it's called Sunnah Supplements, halal collagen protein, it's blue pkt, it's tasteless, all you have to do is take it in either water, tea, coffee or on your cereal, I take it with my first cup of tea, just one scoop a day, one pkt lasts you a month, In Shaa Allah ❤️
