You actually can if you use different ingredients and not this kind of fraud. In 5rs you mostly have only onions and tiny bits of potatoes. In well 500rs you will have more exotic ingredients like cashews, badam, raisins, expensive mushrooms like truffle etc. They even make meat samosas these days and certain cuts of meat is expensive. But yeah in this video it's fraud lol. You mainly pay for the location of the hotel and ambience rather than the food.

Oh! Waaaahh! Wat a delicately, crisply, fried wrap with savoury fillings and organic tamarind dip. Woh bhi 10 rupaiye ke samosa ko, poshly baandhke 1000 rupaiye ka dish banaa diya. Magar asli zindagi mein yeh nahin ho saktha hain kyunki star hotels mein regular quality check hoga food department se.🤨 I loved the tone of the chef, expressions and the customers enaction.
