The Hanuman Chalisa is a devotional hymn dedicated to Lord Hanuman, a revered figure in Hindu mythology known for his strength, loyalty, and devotion to Lord Rama. Composed by the poet Tulsidas in the 16th century, the Chalisa consists of 40 verses (chalisa means "forty" in Hindi) written in Awadhi, a dialect of Hindi.
