I like his music and I think Channel Orange is a good album, but I get the feeling that I won't like Blond cuz it's experimental and Frank's style is an acquired taste.

Maybe this channel isn’t doing as well as it could because it’s not doing breakdowns of more popular songs? Don’t get me wrong, Blonde was huge, but this was nowhere near the most successful song on the album. I’d just love to see this channel get the attention it deserves.

We're doing this to bring light to, and awareness of, the art of sampling. So although we definitely try to cover the hits, it's more important that there's an interesting sample usage to highlight. @@tracklib of course. I hadn’t completely thought about it from that perspective. It isn’t Blonde, but the sampling used on Joey Bada$$’s “Shine” from The Light Pack EP is amazing and extremely heavily used in the track. If you get the chance, would love to see exactly how they flipped the original sample, with it being such a famous track that they sampled in the first place 👍 Keep up the great work, this channel is amazing
