on one hand, these people that know you well should realise by now that you think n act that because of your condition, on the other hand you need challenge n question your beliefs, talking therapy helps with this, but i know its not easy.

i have a roomate who have ppd and he act exactly like this even the body movement and facial face expression and the way he look at other also the same,i should record my friend and put it on youtube so people can learn this illness but i might end up six feet under because my friend for surely will do something

I’m leaning toward this being a recreation, only because conversations with individuals with PPD are not this organized. But it’s not uncommon for clients with MH issues to agree to documentation & public dissemination.

If the person had their personal theories to have been WRONGED, no matter how little, there must ALWAYS BE A TRUTH TO IT. Who knows his wife did cheat on him? Who knows all the other people with “paranoid personality disorder” just happened to exist in a toxic neighbourhood, society, etc., and those people they “think” are going against them, ACTUALLY ARE? You see, he felt like he was being recorded. Only from a different angle did he think the camera was from, but he wasn’t wrong. HE WAS BEING RECORDED. Their beliefs may be sometimes considered too big or too irrational, but there’ll always be this underlying truth to it no matter how anyone would argue.

He's a classic case as far as I can tell, having experienced a period in my life not quite as bad as him just a couple years ago, it feels really genuine to me, I even feel his "what did you mean by that" @ 2:30 & then when he's caught, the hmm by what feels very much like when I've been caught lying in the past, unprepared for it that is. This is fake.... Or he has an extreme case with lack of any self awareness, usually people with PPD are able to conceal their paranoia to an extent after years of living with it...

Paranoia is part of personality, which makes it hard to conceal, and all personality disorders are characterized by total lack of self-awareness, that's why it is hard to treat them. PPD usually get worse over time.
