Compressed Air Sampling Instructions
This video will demonstrate how to conduct compressed air sampling using
Parker Balston’s Compressed Air Microbial Test Unit (CAMTU).
In this method, a sampling device is connected to a compressed air
supply, impacting any microorganisms onto an agar plate. After
sampling, the agar plate is incubated to promote microbial growth,
then followed by examination at our lab.
Many companies are required to perform regular testing to verify that
the compressed air supply does not harbor microorganisms.
