Although using spectral editing from within the VIP is very convenient it's also fairly basic. But if you have the MAGIX Cleaning & Restoration Suite add-on you will then have access to the "Spectral Cleaning Offline Editor" which is much more fully featured.
The MAGIX Cleaning & Restoration Suite is available as a paid add-on. It includes the Spectral Cleaning editor plus real-time DeClicker/DeCrackler, DeClipper, Denoiser and Brilliance Enhancer. These are proprietary plug-ins for Samplitude Pro X only. It comes free with Sequoia12 .
