The Pre-Primary Wing of Samskar International School celebrated Pink Colour Day as a part of celebration of Colours Week. This exciting celebration introduced young learners to the world of colour through a special assembly. Here, students explored the properties and meanings of pink through interactive presentations and catchy rhymes.
But Pink Colour Day wasn't all talk! A vibrant display showcased a variety of pink fruits, vegetables like dragon fruits, Lychees, Strawberry, Radish and even a cuddly teddy bear, further solidifying the connection between colour and everyday objects. The fun continued with a hands-on activity where students learned the magic of colour mixing by creating pink themselves!
Creativity blossomed as students crafted beautiful lotus frames, each a unique shade of pink. To capture the memories of this special day, a selfie point with pink decorations was set up, allowing students to share their excitement.
By the end of Pink Colour Day, the Pre-Primary Wing wasn't just seeing pink; they were understanding and appreciating its value. This day filled with learning and laughter was a successful introduction to colour theory and its role in the world, leaving a lasting impression on these young minds.
