Standing in the airport luggage claim when we were paged to the airline luggage desk and informed that the zipper on our brand new Delsey luggage had broken and the contents were falling out! The shell was still in good condition so it was not handler abuse, it is simply POOR QUALITY. This FRAGILE luggage may look nice cosmetically but ends there. Not practical, not quality, not worth buying. Go for Samsonite!
