Hello, firstly, I am amazed at how many tutorials you have on your channel.. Thanks so much for all your help. I have a Samsung UN65MU6300FXZC and the closest tutorial I can find is this one as I am told there are 16 strips in the kit. Also, please as a rule I never try to touch my screen .. what would you suggest to use to clean the screen. TY Do you think that the repair would be similar to this tutorial.. Thank you.

I am watching this out of interest but have a different problem with my 65". It has impact damage from a ball. No physical damage to the screen. What actually gets damaged internally that is replacable. Thanks

So my TV works the left side is very dark with some lines through it I’m gonna say that’s the LED light strips that are gone? Is that a good guess

I have the same TV and it comes on and the screen is blue and shuts off after 2-3 seconds then turns back on and repeats. My electronic mentor is saying it's probably a resistor on the power supply bord dose that sound right? Or is mine needing a new backlight also. It's a Samsung UN65KU650DFXZA

What if the backlights are working like the screen is lighting up with a black screen and no image at all. I can also see white light from the back of the tv while it’s open

Do an internet search for the screen. There are some that have just become available. They are very expensive. Over $400 for the screen and over $300 to ship it to you. May as well buy a new TV if you can afford it. That's what I am going to have to do after watching one of this guy's tutorials. A $1,000 TV shot in the behind.

You forgot a very important step. You did not show how to handle the curved screen TV without damaging the screen. I watched one of your videos on how to remove the back cover and when I laid the TV down, I broke the screen. Now I have a 65 inch piece of junk that would cost more than the TV did new in 2020. How about me sending you my broken screen TV and you can make a video that shows every step, including how to safely handle the TV so as not to break the screen?

Samsung is a good and reliable brand, but many people just buy their cheapest TVs which aren’t so good. Their more expensive models are really reliable. More expensive is better for quality and reliability. I would stay away from off brands such as Funai, RCA, Element, etc and save up for a nice Samsung, LG, Sony, or even Vizio. TCL also makes good premium TVs without being so expensive.

The more expensive brands are not all 100% reliable..i paid almost 2000e for a top of the range 55inch Sony Bravia, 3years later and out of guarantee, the led backlights have failed and i have the dreaded black screen with the 4 flashing red lights..I dont think that paying that amount of money equals quality and reliability.

The problem is not the cost of the TV. Its the construction or more specific the components (its not the same technology from 20 yrs ago) everything is so compacted and those tiny micro components are exposed to multiple heat up and cold down sycle that ended producing micro cracks on the weld portion of those components or in some cases just burning few components... the only way to fix the TV is replacing the motherboard or doing the baking motherboard trick (there are a few videos on KZfaq)
