It's always been PC brands vs PC brands vs Mac, it's been the same with Android brands vs Android brands but I think it's a great thing. I don't buy Apple products because you have pretty much zero choice.

GrapheneOS as recommended by Snowden only runs on Google Pixel and the Pixel 4a just came out and is about the same price as the Samsung a series. Cos of the currency exchange in Australia the Samsung a71 cost $750 Australian, same price as an iphone 11 in the USA, that's why I seem real poor compared to you guys. I can't afford an iphone 11!
