I watched a video by an experienced repairman and he said that there are quite a few design changes on the Bespoke models over the traditional models. The ice maker was moved to the freezer and is a much simpler design. While no brand is perfect, I’m seeing a lot less problems with Bespoke models although we may need a few more years to prove out its longevity. 😊

Thanks for the great video. I am considering the version of this fridge with the flex zone drawer but concerned that it is hard to move for when you need to clean behind. The manual doesn’t seem to imply that there are wheels. We have wood floors in the kitchen and don’t want to scratch them! Does it have wheels, and can you move it easily? Usually with modern fridges you can raise their front feet and then easily roll them out. This one looks to be an exception. Thank you.

Hi ! I hear your concern. If does not have wheels and I am not sure how easy it is to move. The delivery guy installed it for us and we haven’t had to move it. I hope you can find the answer to what you’re looking for !

@@Libierthank you very much for your response! Yesterday at a store we tipped the fridge to look under and saw that it does indeed have some wheels. Just have to raise the front feet so the wheels can work. However, it surely does not move quite as easily as other brands. It’s significantly more difficult but still doable! Thank you.

I have a Samsung Bespoke, without the screen and the beverage center. I do love it, but the inside is a bit small. I believe I got the counter depth instead of the standard depth. Aside from that, I am pleased with it, i just wish there was more space inside.

Thank you for the review, i just purchased this refrigerator in all white as well. I did purchase the glass in the aqua color to match my kitchen colors for the top portion. It's funny i had the same fridge you had previously. Mine stopped cooling. I only had the previous one for 10 years, i was skeptical on buying another samsung. Thanks for the video, it helped alot. The only problem is my space, it is about a inch or 2 to big. I plan on doing some alterations to cabinet to adjust the fit. I liked it so much, i hadto have it. Can't wait to get it. I just hate to give up my old one, it was just hard to figure out why it wouldn't cool. Did you have any problems with your old refrigerator or didyou just want a upgrade? You have a beautiful kitchen, it looks great. I wish i had more space

Our old fridge was super slow in giving us water. And we had gotten it for free as a gift. So decided to upgrade to the other and haven’t regretted it one bit. So awesome

We purchased the white one without the beverage center. Samsung had a sale on the panels and we immediately ordered pink ones. Really makes a nice design statement for the kitchen. We are enjoying the large capacity and have been able to make do without a beverage fridge.

I like the fridge but am on the fence about a purchase only because it’s Samsung. I’ve heard so many horror stories about their refrigerators. Just curious how is yours holding up?

We have had no problems with the refrigerator. It is great and the refillable water pitcher is one of the best features of any refrigerator. The only issue we had was with the software. It does not work with the latest WPA3 version. If you are using this version you will need to go back to WPA2. Again we like the design choices it offers.@@jcwalker4552

@@jcwalker4552 I am a witness to this. I purchase the Samsung smart hub French style doors 2019. $3200 plus tax. 5 yrs and the seal system failed. I got full refund $3400 with tax. My warranty set to expire in two weeks. So lucky. I was told by two technicians that the smart hub is the issue. I am getting this new style without the smart hub. Was a waste of money. I never ever used it.

Thanks for the video. It was very helpful in helping me decide between stainless or white. Is the white color a bright white or a soft white? My cabinets are slightly off white (IKEA) and I ordered the white fridge.

The white does not match other white appliances, but it does work. Color can change with the light too.

Hi. We just received this same Bespoke model refrigerator yesterday. Is there a way to turn off only one of the dual ice makers on this model? On the control panel, I only see the option to turn the ice maker completely off. The other models of Bespoke refrigerators have the option to turn off the cubed or the ice bites.

Hi! I am so excited for you! I hope you LOVE LOVE LOVE your new fridge! Oh my gumballs! Thanks for the question but unfortunately I have no clue about that! I like the dual ice maker and have loved having both options so it wasn't something I looked up. If you happen to find out from Samsung's website we all would love to know. That way if there's a time when only ice bites are necessary, both of them can make them! Let us know what you discover!

All manufacturers and brands have the good , bad, and ulgy. The best is to do your own research and make the purchase that fits your lifestyle. Do not soely rely on the media, opinions, and comments, but consider into your decision making. I am at retired age, so i had my shares of experiences over the years. I amost want to say that you have to be lucky when making product purchases. The same product can last years before any issues arrive, then other. I have used whirlpool, GE, LG, Maytag, kichenaid, and Samsung.

I’m just curious. We just got this refrigerator and the bottom freezer drawer is extremely hard to open. The release lever does not work or something is just off. Have you had this issue?

Question? Do magnets work on the glass panels. Don't know if there's metal underneath the glass so the refrigerator magnets sticks on.

Magnets do not work on the glass. But they do on the side of the fridge.

You can also replace the glass panels. If you dent your refrigerator, it’s a much more expensive fix as you have to replace the entire door.

@@Libier If I find out I’ll let you know. I love the fridge, and obviously I know you can just close the door, but when you’re loading groceries, etc you obviously have to keep the door longer. Other Bespoke models have an alarm button you can turn off on the inside panel, but for some reason this model doesn’t give you that option. It’s not an option to turn off on the app either.

Great review! Love your energy!! I currently have a different Samsung and my only complaint is the drawers have not been the sturdiest. You have to be gentle. Plastic is not super sturdy. However, the fridge has been running for years with no repairs needed. So maybe will try Samsung again.

The customization of these fridges doesn't take away from the fact that Samsung is known for being total junk and unreliable. All you need to do is just Google it😂. With more options comes more problems. Stay away from lg/Samsung fridges they are junk

I have had a Samsung for years and no issues with it running. My only complaint is the plastic drawers crack or don’t seem to hold up to lots of wear and tear. I am very gentle with opening and closing now. But I have not had any motor/making ice/ working issues.

@latresarieves6421 you have been lucky. I have nothing wrong samsung. I love there phones and tv's but when looking for fridges everyone in there moms including coworkers have all said do not buy samsung fridges
