Hi, it is better to disassemble the phone and look inside. Usually (in the first place) the liquid penetrates through the microphone, headphone jack socket holes.

I have a A11 with Tracfone service , the touch screen is shattered. Cannot get refund but I came across another A11 which is Verizon. It will not accept my SIM card so Can I switch out the main boards on my broken phone to the Verizon shell ? They look identical internally. I was thinking it could work ...... but would hate to tear it all down and swap everything if my logic is wrong.

If your A11 display damage and you change it would your phone still has your pictures and other stuffs ?

Hi, the display replacement is not connected with memory microchips, so answering your question. If no one does not break anything on any board, all staff and pics and contacts will be okay.

Bula from Fiji!!!!!after watching this video I'm so inspired.....just a question....my a11 got wet in the rain and the screen is blank ...but when I plugged the charger it vibrates but the screen remains off.....any tips....I've opened it but still problem is not solved.

Hi, you need to check the display module connector. Clean it from oxidation. Anyway, the common consequence is damage to the cable that is laid under the display. Usually, it works this way: separate it from the frame and restore the pins (if possible). BUT, first, connect another display module just in case.

My A11 won’t take a charge when I put the back cover on, but will charge with the back cover off. What could be the problem?

Hi, sometimes we see the problem. Especially when the pins bending on inter-board cable ends or connectors. It may lead to malfunctions, including an inability to charge the phone up.
