Thank you. My father has this phone and I tried by sliding 3 fingers on the screen, by pressing the volume up and volume down and the small button and nothing worked. This works great.

If you do not have access to the screen shot toolbar please go to your settings, advanced settings, screenshots then enable the screenshot toolbar.

Ahh so it is POWER + VOL DOWN. The key is to do it quick (not too too quickly but just a click of each at the same time) because if you hold it down it doesn't do it 🙄 thanks for the tip! 👌
