Thanks is very helpful specially the finger print slide up and down for notifications,the double Tap finger print for camera and the pop up split screen very useful.

Thank you very much. Some how I had changed the button that slide button fingers sensor gesters turned on and my shade kept popping up every 30 seconds or so. I was getting pissed. Your video here helped me figure out what was going on! This really was extremely helpful and I appreciate your time in making this video! God bless

Hi Kevin. The sound on my A13 4g goes mute during a phone call. This happens when on speaker and also when I have the phone to my ear. I have checked to see if I have mistakenly pushed the mute button but it wasn't that. I can hear the person I am/was talking to but they can't hear me. It is an intermittent problem and I was just about to go back to the store to ask them when I saw your video. After watching your video, I thought it might be some fancy facility that I was activating out if my own ignirance. Do you have any suggestions?

I did that several times. I took it back to the place I bought it and they in turn sent it to the Samsung technicians who sent it back after a week or so reporting that they couldn't reproduce the fault but they have reset the phone. It failed again a couple of days later. I decided I couldn't wait around for yet another week and bought a second A13. Luckily it's a fairly cheap phone. So far it hasn't failed. I had loaded a nifty lock screen on the first A13. I haven't loaded that lock screen just in case that is the problem.

The new phone has failed as well. Only once so far so maybe I should be thankful for that. Samsung needs to get this sorted!

@@designwithdami Yes, i suppose that's a possibility although i didnt have this problem with my old phone. It was also a Samsung and other than a lack of memory, it was a good phone. I wasn't into mobiles for a long time and resisted the jibes of friends to get one but now I have had a few I expect the blooody thing to work. Very annoying. Thanks for the suggestion. I will ask the neighbours what their reception is like.

Why is your A13 LTE pretty smooth? Mine is brand-new, only a few days old but is kinda laggy even when just typing. Is there something I can do to speed this up?

go to the settings, look for the storage battery ram settings and then click. in this screen you'll see your ram usage and if you click on it you should be able to clear up apps that are running in your background and slowing your device down

Just got mine yesterday and works great & looks great! The 5g version of this phone's resolution is only 720 and the 4G has 1080. I don't know why they do that.. makes no sense.

I Like The Gestures Alot better then the old buttons It's Way More Better to use I Even Like Apples Gestures instead of the Home Button Finger Print I don't Mind The Buttons or the Home Button but if my device features the Gestures Then I'm Gonna Use The Gestures

Did you try to open messeger if its quick to open? I have my Samsung A13. When I open messenger it takes 10 seconds to popup. Try to open to your A13. You have to close all apps including messenger if its already open to see the difference. New subs here

Thanks. I just purchased this as a replacement while my zfold 3g gets fixed. Great phone. I wish it came with a QR Scanner in the Drop Menu of Tools you can use.

For sure it will, all samsung galaxy phones that came out in 2021 or 2022 will get Android 12, sadly my a51 will not get Android 12 and it will be stuck on Android 11.

Hi Kevin my phone is new there are 3 phone numbers that ring once or not at all all the others ring normal I have tried all samsung suggestions if I put my sim in old phone no problems please help thanks.
