Thank you so much!!! I went a little too fast, didn't wear gloves and over did it on the glue the first time. I broke the LCD. Lesson learned. Tried again, slowed this video down to 1/4 speed in some places 1/2 in others, used a lamp, gloves, and most important I took my time. And it worked!!! I'm so happy to have my phone back after 2 weeks of taking screenshots and using Your Phone on the laptop! Here's a tip for first timers: don't let the layers get separated, and if they do, do not touch them, and don't use too much glue, but you may have to put a little more at the bottom. Thanks again!!

I would not recommend for the complete novice but those who have a bit of practice with other electronic devices should have little trouble following your video. I would advise being very careful with the glue. I got some on the front facing camera lens so now my selfies will have that soft vaseline on the lens effect. As a senior mobile test engineer, I did enjoy this video, of course there where a few issues, that need be noted one, as dis-assembly was taking place, I noticed that the user was not apply enough heat to the phone, and should have been using a heat pad, they are what must professional smartphone repair technicians are using today. Also, see that he damaged a part of the plate glue on the back and front of the phone, he did have T7000 glue, he should have applied more to re-inforce the seal, so as not to obtain future water damage.

I just bought a brand new A20 5days ago an cracked the screen. I paid $100 at metro and with $10 insurance they charge they want me to pay another $100 to get a brand new one!! Wtf! You make it look easy dude. It cost $60 for a new digitizer with tools, but not that bad ass heat gun. I really hate my A20! It is slow n really this sucks :(

I remember when you only needed a screw driver and pry tool to fix your phone, now you need a heat gun and glue. They really don't want you to be able to replace things on phones if they break. On the other hand I'm much less worried about getting water on my phone knowing it's glued together
