Который на нижнюю плату и дисплей? Нужно посмотреть внимательно на шлейф, если в месте повреждения есть обрыв дорожек, то конечно это повлияет на работу какие-то функций телефона. Тут необходимо будет восстановить эти контакты, либо заказать новый шлейф.

Top right corner there are the antennas, you probably damaged them

Здравствуйте, в Томске не подскажем, должен быть авторизированный сервисный центр. Заменить можно или ремонтировать, зависит от того на что деформация влияет.
