Me tocó hacerlo colocándole una sim con datos al desconectarlo del wifi y darle next al tiempo para que me generará el error. Nota: estuve intentando sin la SIM y no me salio el error para ingresar . (la vercion de android es 10 Samsung A21s (A217M) parche de seguridad 1 mayo 2020
