You have to turn off WiFi go on the Home Screen and click back on the app and hit the back button until it doesn’t have the password

Everything was just fine. But in the last part when I checked agree and click on enable admin it says “Failed to validate product key” Then one pop up came which says “failKLM:error code unknown 501, status fail" any solution for this step?
