You should compare 8gb ram memory model of xiaomi.. xiaomi has 6gb ram memory and samsung has 8 gb ram memory.. eventually, again xiaomi is the boss..

redmi note 9 variant is confusing, i bought redmi note 9 pro it has 64mp rear ang 16mp front, they also have redmi note 9 pro which has 48mp at 16mp the same on redmi note 9s, rhey also have redmi note 9 pro max 64mp and 32mp, why they have note 9 pro two types? already have note 9s 48mp

@@M_H_H you must look from other side...from your point of view chipset,ram,storage specification is main to determine satisfaction...but from other point view some people see samsung from brand name, service centre, super amoled, AOD etc...you know super amoled is expensive and AOD make phone more elegant ....and it can implement in super amoled only and not drain battery fast...elegant is not free..so customer must pay it...even iphone is over price base on your criteria..they create iphone maybe around $400 but they sell around $1200 - $1500....customer doesn't care about the sell price because they have money, using apple make them more prestige, etc...Prestige is not free..so that's why they must pay more...

@@wisnu7734 brand name, prestige etc are what consider as over priced. Those factor cant justify the high price except company taking advantage of their reputation. About service centre, at least in my country xiaomi, oppo, vivo are on par with samsung. Super amoled, AOD you can get from other brands (vivo, motorola, nokia, oneplus, LG, pixel, huawei). If brand name, prestige can make a product considered over priced, nothing in the world can including apple, gucci, LV, hublot, richard mille, ducati, mercedes benz. I own ipad pro, oris watch, gucci wallet, mercedes a250, ducati monster 796 and i think those are overpriced

Even if they were same price,redmi won...led light for notifications,better chipset,splash resist(there are videos on yt where they are being completely drowned into water for half minute and works fine after),stronger charger,better battery,finger print works perfectly while on a71 thats not the case(i had that problem a i know a lot of people also,and on a lot of forums people are complaining on that).like,i try 3different fingers a million times and it wont recognize(they were all dry and clean).im writing these as the owner of both phones for more than two month(note 9pro still). Even camera on a71 is a little bit fake,i mean pics are brutal but not realistic,like it add effects on his own.front camera a little bit better on a71,but with gcam selfies are brutal on n9pro. And the screen,it depends on person,i hear people like more amoled,but for me these colors are too strong and fake.all in all note 9 pro much much much better in my own experience,plus i had some bugs on a71 and never on n9pro

How about low LTE performances and screen bleeding on the redmi 9 pro ? The wifi speedtest seems very poor on it!

I think it is because of that A71 started to download and then upload data from WIFI slightly earlier than Note 9 Pro. Hence, It took much more bandwidth of internet so Note 9 couldn't use the full capacity of bandwidth of internet. This test should be made asynchronously.

Actually It isn't that really fair at all cuz Samsung A71 has 8GB RAM if this was the case then the tester would have used redmi note 9 pro max which has also 8GB RAM for the fair comparison .. Nevertheless despite of all the shortcomings of the arrangements, the Redmi note 9 pro still does perform pretty well...

I had A71 for few months,now note 9 pro. Honestly note 9 pro so much faster and smoother(because of better cpu).Camera is similar,slithly better on samsung(stronger colors) but they are very close.Also battery lasts a lot longer on redmi. Also there is notification light on redmi and not on A71.Plus it has splash resistant but you can see on yt people drowning it completely in water and everithings fine. so after using both phones, honestly note 9pro much much better than A71

Not the same. SAMSUNG has a more powerful processor and more Ram, and a Super Amoled Screen. Anyway, I bought a Redmi note 9s 6gb/128gb and I'm impressed and happy with this phone. $250 for this mobile is a gift.

@@vumblegaming2902 Apart from that native Xiaomi apps (like Music) have advertisements in them, which helps lower the cost of the device. A lot of people use that against Xiaomi, but for me it is not that big of an issue, since I usually use third party apps without ads.

3:38 Redmis have weak WIFi and BT Antenna. The tests only shows WiFi alone but once you use BT + WiFi, the already low WiFi throughput would be lowered even further. You get what you pay for but I don'r really think that Samsung's midranger's significantly higher price (A71) were justified for the specs that it has.

I am sure i will be happy with it. I still have my Redmi Note 5 pro that i had since it cam out... I am in the US and i refuse to pay $300 or more for a phone. I love my note 5

It works really well, and I was surprised that its gaming performance graphics wise was comparable to my brother's Samsung Note 10 plus phone (games were Asphalt 9, Call of Duty mobile for example). The default OS launcher is pretty nice, but I always swap in my Nova launcher which I always use anyway. My only worry was the LCD screen vs OLED option on the Samsung A series phones, but this LCD is quite nice and very vibrant, equal to if not more so than my iPhone 8 plus screen. What makes me feel even better is that it cost me much less than the A71 option, and gives me a chance to play with a different OEM other than Apple and Samsung. I reallly like the midrange phones, they are really good options now and smarter for the money for everyday use. Edit: the main camera is a 64 megapixel, not 48 that this review put up. All the camera options produce nice photos in my opinion, and to me richer in color depth and not so overexposed like Samsung tends toward with their settings. The only annoying thing is the watermark on the photos you take but I think there's a way to remove it, i just haven't bothered to yet.
