A53 vs A73 would be good in terms of performance for daily use. Not looking for gaming performance. Is it worth going a73 or a53 good enough?

I dont only feel the same but also did the same. One week in with my a52s 5g and i feel i got an amazing phone for super price(even got a discount on my contract, so if i say i pay full for my contract and transfer the discount to the phone that i got at the same place at the same time i payed less then 244 euro for it.)

@AK to be honest i dislike the finger scanner on the screen so have not used it a lot. I will use it for a day as my main unlocker and let you know.

@AK so after a day or so using it i found it a slight bit slow and since i have rough hands sometimes i got to reposition my finger a bit (or i am just not yet used to its placement.) However i never had to use my pin so i guess it works fine.

@AKtry setting up multiple prints for the same finger. Thats what i did.

@AK i do. Thats why i dont like on screen sensors. I do however love the sony placement on the powerbutton. Thats why i just use a code on this phone. (I come from a xperia 10ii and alsways use fp sensor on the button and it always worked)

Honestly, I'm waiting for this phone. Aiming to be my next mobile phone. Loosing the headphone jack is okay, but loosing the charging brick and the telephoto lens? Oh come on samsung. And with that price tag? I don't know what else to say. 😔😔😔.

@Rowell John Valencia its an additional lense..when we switch it to 2x zoom the phone will switch it to the 2x lense. The later A72 had a telephoto lense but they removed it from the A73..for this price point, a telephoto lense was expectable.

A73 price is very near the S21 FE in some countries, and I think S21 FE is a better choice than A73.

Samsung, what do you think you're doing?! What is this?!! This phone is not the best A7x phone because this has no headphone jack, no telephoto lens, no ultrawide-macro hybrid camera, and no charger in the box. Well, Samsung, I'm sorry, but this is NOT worth the upgrade, this is more like a downgrade because of the reasons above. Well, if you guys will give free chargers and free Galaxy Buds, I'd say "that's an upgrade". Well, not anymore. Samsung, listen Stop removing features from the phone! Put back the telephoto lens, and make it higher-res, put an ultrawide-macro hybrid lens, and ditch those stupid macro and depth sensors!

Bro. I am actually disqusted with all this getting less BS. The A series is for the average Joe/Jane that can't afford or refuses to spend a stupid amount of money on a "flagship" phone. We need the 3.5mm headphone jack too because we are already on a budget that doesn't really allow us to buy earbuds that cost over 100$. No charger. No jack. This phone looks great. But it's a downgrade. Especially the A53. That phone is a joke. We should be pissed off and Samsung needs to know it. The A53 is literally a waste of a phone. The A52s 5G is better in every way. You get the headphone jack. The charger. And the SoC is actually just as fast if not faster than the Exynos 1280. That is just the facts. I personally am tired of this shit. If we don't bitch to Samsung now. We will never get those things back. We may not anyw3. But we need to raise hell about it incase they actually listen. Tired of getting less and just dealing with it.

I think an in depth review about how long the battery will last will be great... I have used Samsung before and it is difficult to last a full day... As for those on a tighter budget, go get the A53 and as u mentioned 4 years of updates is really really good

Really wish this was sold in the US. Unfortunately the only way to get it is to buy from overseas and the band(carrier frequency) are not all there for the TMobile USA 4g LTE and 5g .. I would prefer this over the a53 considering that the a53 is very laggy due to a horrible xenos processor . Great review for a great device

Nice video. I just buy my new phone with headphone jack hires audio and charger include super fast with a quality cable .. You have to buy what you want and need and I am just doing that . the only sacrifice I did respect to my previous phone was micro sd card. But is better in all the other departments ,so only one sacrifice . very happy

Hows the battery thou? The only thing that Denys me from buying this phone is battery.. I can tolerate charging speed being slow but it also runs out fast... :( Can u share your experience?

@@amirabedini68 I've been using xiaomi and samsung. And what i can see its got a lot of difference. (xiaomi will drain the battery a lot even if you just use always on display,thats it. my xiaomi is Mi Note 10 lite , which got 5260maH battery with 60fps, still lost to samsung A73 with 5000maH battery and 120fps) like adam said, ive got screen on time issue but after the latest samsung's update its really shocked me. it really last longer than i expected. FYI Im a diehard user (gaming,KZfaq, netflix) and still lasts until at night.

Mine heats up and I don't know the reason. I don't often use my data because we have wifi connection. It just heats up sometimes. The only thing I do is I turn it off and on so the heat will go away. What should I do? 😭 Help please.

@@holynonsense4228 if you want to do gaming, the S20FE is better as it has a more powerful chipset and it's camera has a 3x telephoto lens which is sadly lacking on the A73. The S20FE screen is slightly smaller at 6.5' as compared to the A73 6.7'screen.

2:33 Also, I believe there is a thing called 'USB-C to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter', or dongle as some people called it. So if you really want to use a wired headphones on the A73, just buy a dongle, it'll save you the trouble and whining. Just make sure the dongle you bought is not a cheaply made one.

Great point, as usual lots of people just love to complain and be negative instead of coming up a solution. Samsung are not the “only” smartphone maker who removed a headphones jack

@@AdamLoboTV Oh yeah, I just found out that Type-C headphones are still a thing now. Unfortunately, a Samsung store that I went there yesterday, they said it was sold out, most likely due to high demand.

I buy a52s instead, i mean, a73 not only lost the headphone jack & charger, but also the telephoto, now whats the different between a5x series & a7x series if they remove the telephoto

Wait, A73 is cheaper in Malaysia than Indonesia. In Indonesia, the price is around Rp 7.790.000 which around RM2350.
