at the first place when the screen was broken did the phone work like could u still use it? or nothing came up. my sound is working perfectly but the screen doesn't come up.

You can disconnect the display assembly flex cable to replace the screen, You don't need to disassemble fully the device. In my next video I will show how to fully disassemble the phone. Thank you Patricio Caino, greetings from Europe.

Great video. I have a question, why do you change both, glass screen and LCD display. I think mine is broken only the glass screen, should I change both, or could I keep the same LCD display?

In my case both are broken. You can change only the glass or the LCD.

First, try with a different charger and cable. If it's new go back to the shop, they have to replace it.

There are three reasons, the first one is defective spare part, the second one - problem with the LCD flex cable (check the touch screen connector on the LCD flex cable, it's better if you use magnifying glass), the third reason is a problem with the main bord but this is unlikely.
